Core-CT HRMS Daily MailDate: 12/21/2017 New FMLA Time Reporting Codes (TRC) Another group of FMLA TRCs have been created as part of the SEBAC 2017
agreement. You can find these codes on the FMLA TRC Job Aid highlighted in blue.
In addition, another column has been added to enable users to filter on TRC
Type. Users can now filter on Type of Leave, Leave Category and TRC Type in
order to find the appropriate time reporting code for a particular situation.
Follow these steps to use the filter options. 1. Click on the down arrow to
the right of the column name (such as Type of Leave). A list of possible choices
will display. 2. Click on the Select All checkbox to deselect all of the
options. 3. Click the checkbox of the options you want to see (such as SEBAC
Supplemental). 4. Click the OK button. 5. Follow steps 1-4 for any column you
wish to filter on (such as Category and TRC Type). All of the appropriate codes for the options selected will be displayed. To
undo the filters click the down arrow to the right of the column name then click
the Select All checkbox and click the OK button. The TRC job aid has also been updated to include these new TRCs. As with the
other TRCs created as part of the SEBAC agreement, these are effective August 4,
