YMCA-State Employee Membership Program

This serves to clarify for users the structure of the YMCA state Employee Membership Program. Effective February 18, 2005, at the request of the YMCA, a rate increase was implemented predicated on a two-tier system. Employees enrolled at the Farmington Valley and Wheeler Regional locations were placed in Tier Two. Deductions codes FCYM2I and FCYM2F, reflective of Tier Two individual and family, were set up to accommodate this new structure. All other state employees were placed in Tier One with deduction codes FCYMCI (Individual) and FCYMCF (Family). The fees associated with each Tier are distinctly different and are listed below.

Tier One - FCYMCI (Individual)

Biweekly: $17.50

Monthly: $37.92

Semimonthly: $18.96

Tier One - FCYMCF (Family)

Biweekly: $28.00

Monthly: $60.67

Semimonthly: $30.33

Tier Two - FCYM2I (Individual)

Biweekly: $24.00

Monthly: $52.00

Semimonthly: $26.00

Tier Two - FCYM2F (Family)

Biweekly: $35.00

Monthly: $75.83

Semimonthly: $37.92

With this information in mind, please take care in selecting the appropriate deduction code for employees who take part in this Program.
