1) The SEBAC 2017 agreement states the employee premium shares for health care shall be 3% higher and not to exceed 16%, for those employees first hired on or after July 1, 2017. A new field in Job Data will be used to identify this population, “Benefit Program Date”.

This new field (CT_BENEF_PRG_DATE) has been added in EPM to the Employee Information Reporting tables (CTW_EMPLOYEE and CTW_EMPLOYEE_VW). This field will help HR Users track and report on new employees first hired on or after July 1, 2017.

2) The Detailed EEO field (CT_DETAILED_EEO) has been removed from the Employee Information Reporting tables, (CTW_EMPLOYEE and CTW_EMPLOYEE_VW).

USER IMPACT: For any Private queries that included the CT_DETAILED_EEO field, Users will need to take action by following the directions below:

a. Open/Edit your impacted query b. If an Error Message Appears, Click 'OK' c. Click 'Save' to save your Query

All impacted Public queries (CT_CORE%) have been updated, accordingly
