Core-CT EPM Queries for Clean-Up or Purge

This email serves as a LAST reminder to agencies that the Core-CT EPM Team will be performing a clean-up of outdated and broken queries. Outdated queries refer to queries that have not been executed since December 31, 2015.

An updated list of impacted queries along with the User ID can be found by clicking on the following link: http://www.core-ct.state.ct.us/epm/xls/queries_last_execdttm_before_20160101.xls

In order to keep any of these queries from being deleted from the system, Users will need to take the following actions before c.o.b, today.

1. Review all of your queries on this list for each of your Core-CT User Ids (note: if you have more than one User ID on the list).

2. For each query you wish to keep, simply re-run the query in EPM (note: any queries that use records updated by the Core-CT team will need to be saved prior to re-running).
