It is available on the Core-CT Website (www.core-ct.state.ct.us) or at Office.Com to users that are logged into the BEST network through RDP or VPN. If you are experiencing issues with Core-CT and you are not able to log into the BEST network, you may send an email to
Readiness@ct.gov. If you are having an RDP, VPN or Teams issue please log a ticket to your agency or Footprints ticket for BEST. If you need assistance in any way regarding purchasing, payments, chartfields or other assistance due to COVID-19, please log a Footprints ticket and we will do our best to address these issues.
