Comments and Attachments for CORE-10 DAS Bids

Effective Thursday, October 29, 2015, Multi-Requester Users creating CORE-10 – DAS - BIDs will receive a message saying that comments and attachments can be added at the line level only. The comment field at the header level of a DAS-BID will be grayed out.

Multiple comments and attachments can be added at the line level of a DAS-BID by using the line comments bubble. When a bid is converted into a contract, the comments and attachments will transfer to the contract comments field.

All other Core-10 requisition types: ITD-10, PSU, TSR-EQUIP, TSR-MACR and REQ will still accept comments and attachments at the header level.
