SEBAC vs. Rowland Override Reason Codes
Two new Override Reason Codes have been created for use with the SEBAC
vacation and PL time. The two codes are to be used when an employee is using the
vacation or PL time after sick time has been exhausted. The code for use of
vacation time in lieu of sick is VSCK and is to be used with the Time Reporting
Code (TRC) VAC03. The code for use of PL time in lieu of sick is PLSCK and is to
be used with the TRC PL03. The SEBAC vs. Rowland Agreement job aid and the Override Reason Codes job
aids have been updated to reflect these two new codes.
