Core-CT HRMS Daily MailDate: 1/18/2017 SEBAC vs. Rowland Job Aid Has Been Updated The SEBAC vs. Rowland job aid has been updated to include new information. Of
particular note is the addition of a second vacation plan. This new plan has
been created to hold vacation time in excess of 9,999 hours in the event an
employee is granted an award greater than 9,999 hours. This new plan has its own
unique TRCs – VA2 (add), VD2 (deduct), VP2 (payout) and VAC2 (use). Users should
also note that employees granted PL awards on December 1, 2016 or later will
have until December 31, 2017 to use it. The PL plans for employees whose time
expired on December 31, 2016 will be inactivated by Core-CT no later than
