SEBAC Agreement – Change in Health Care Rates

The 2017 SEBAC agreement defined a number of health plan savings. Corresponding to those plan savings, there is a decrease in Health insurance rates. This will first appear in the check dated 9/29/17 check for semi-monthly employees, and in the check dated 10/13/17 for biweekly employees.
