Core-CT HRMS Daily MailDate: 9/25/2017 Two New Time Reporting Codes (TRC) Two new TRCs have been established for purposes of tracking shift exchanges
or “swaps” when such swaps are authorized by collective bargaining agreement.
Use of these codes will not impact pay. The new codes should be used as follows:
Employees scheduled to work, but who actually did not work: --> Code the
Scheduled time as “REGS”. The time is still considered “REG” time, but the “S”
flags the time as a swap. Employees not scheduled to work, but who actually did work due to a swap: -->
Time worked should be coded to “ISWAP”. This is an informational only code. The codes were created with an effective date of September 1, 2017 and can be
used on the timesheet as of this date. Agencies may elect to use the Comments
field to record additional information about the swap, if desired. Return to Core-CT HRMS Daily Mail Home Page
