Core-CT HRMS Daily MailDate: 12/15/2017 Worklist Not Refreshing to Remove Name/Address Change Requests It has been reported that in some cases name or address change requests
submitted by employees through self-service are remaining in the E-Profile
Approver’s worklist even after the request has been acted upon by the Approver.
This is a known Oracle bug. Until Oracle delivers a solution, if needed, please
submit a Footprints ticket identifying the Employee ID of the person who
submitted the request, the date the request was submitted, and the type of
request. Ensure you have indeed already acted upon the request. The item(s) will
