Timesheet Coding for Members of the Civil Air Patrol

Effective October 1, 2019, employees absent from work when called to participate in training or to serve in an emergency, natural disaster or life-threatening event as a member of the civil air patrol should code their timesheet with Time Reporting Code of LOPD in combination with the Override Reason Code of CIVAP. Additionally, should an employee become injured while serving as a member of the civil air patrol, Time Reporting Code SCVAP should be used on the timesheet. Time posted using SCVAP will be deducted from the employee's sick time accruals.
