Agency HR and Payroll Specialists will be able to view the reports in their 'My Reports' queue. The reports (CTHRB355) detail the preliminary mass processing that took place. Please note that a new exception has been created for those in the Employee Class TP, Trainee/Initial WTP complete, who are not eligible for an AI. Such employees will not receive an AI, but their Next AI Date will be advanced one year during final processing.

To access the reports, select Report Manager under the My Reports section of your home page and select the List tab. Change the 'Last' field to the number of Days since this report has been run (number of days from November 22, 2019). Click refresh (this will return the available report for that process). Click on the report link with the applicable Process Instance number provided above. Each link will have both a processed preliminary report (referenced with the number 2) and an exception preliminary report (referenced with the number 3). It is important to review both reports for accuracy and to make any necessary corrections prior to final processing. Final processing will take place on December 27, 2019.
