Preliminary Reports for January 2020 Annual Increases (AI’s)

Effective 12/20/2019, Process Instance 10347113. For those in the following Salary Plans: AR, AT, CL, CN, CO, CP, CT, DC, DI, DP, DX, DZ, EE, ES, ET, EU, FD, FE, FK, FP, FS, FT, FX, HC, HN, HX, JA, JZ, PS, PX, RW, RX, RY, RZ, SA, SH, XC, XE, XN, XS. Note: This is the second preliminary report provided for this group.

 

Effective 1/1/2020, Process Instance 10347992. For those in the following Salary Plans: EA, EB, EC, FF, FM, FN, IN, RT, SH, T1, T2, T3, T4, TS. Note: This group was reprocessed with a corrected effective date of 1/1/2020.

 

Effective 12/31/2019, Process Instance 10347966. For those in Salary Plan SP. Agency HR and Payroll Specialists will be able to view the reports in their 'My Reports' queue. The reports (CTHRB355) detail the preliminary mass processing that took place. Please note that a new exception has been created for those in the Employee Class TP, Trainee/Initial WTP complete, who are not eligible for an AI. Such employees will not receive an AI, but their Next AI Date will be advanced one year during final processing. Should anyone in this group be eligible for an AI prior to completion of their training period due to specific bargaining unit contract language, such AI's must be processed manually.

 

To access the reports, select Report Manager under the My Reports section of your home page and select the List tab. Change the 'Last' field to the number of Days since this report has been run (number of days from December 6, 2019). Click refresh (this will return the available report for that process). Click on the report link with the applicable Process Instance number provided above. Each link will have both a processed preliminary report (referenced with the number 2) and an exception preliminary report (referenced with the number 3). It is important to review both reports for accuracy and to make any necessary corrections prior to final processing. Final processing will take place on December 27, 2019.
