RESOLVED Rehires Incorrectly Defaulting to W4 Form 2020 or Later

The action of rehiring an employee in the system is incorrectly creating a new tax row on Update Employee Tax Data, with Federal Form W-4 Version 2020 or later. This is happening even though another active job instance exists in the system for the rehired employee. Core-CT is currently testing the fix from Oracle. Until the fix can be implemented, agencies can take one of the following actions: 1) Agencies can either add a new row in tax data and recreate the prior correct row; 2) or, agencies can contact Active and Pension Payroll Services or Core-Payroll to have the incorrect row deleted. THIS ACTION IS NO LONGER NEEDED.
