Core-CT HRMS Daily MailDate: 4/2/2020 Timesheet & Job Data Coding for Families First Coronavirus Response Act Related Leaves & Activities Three documents have been published on the Core-CT website for your reference under HRMS>Time and Labor A document titled "Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) Timesheet Coding" provides information on the Time Reporting Codes to be used for purposes of paid leave related to FFCRA. Note that under the FFCRA paid leave entitlement, daily limits of pay are imposed. In order to ensure that one does not exceed the daily cap, a review of the employee’s hourly rate and standard hours must be made. If the hourly rate times the standard hours will result in exceeding the daily limit, the hourly rate must be adjusted down. This adjusted hourly rate is entered on the timesheet in the Override Rate field. The document titled "FFCRA Daily Limit of Pay Calculation" assists in determining when to use the Override Rate field in conjunction with the paid Families First Coronavirus Response Act TRCs. A document titled "Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) Job Data Coding" provides information the Action Reason Codes used for purposes of leave of more than 5 days in Job Data.
