Core-CT HRMS Daily MailDate: 4/8/2020 Core-CT Support On-going support while working remotely, Footprints is still the preferred method for submitting Core-CT Help Desk tickets. It is available on the Core-CT Website (www.core-ct.state.ct.us) or at Office.Com to users that are logged into the BEST network through RDP or VPN. If you are experiencing issues with Core-CT and you are not able to log into the BEST network, you may send an email to
Readiness@ct.gov. If you are having an RDP, VPN or Teams issue please log a ticket to your agency or Footprints ticket for BEST. If you need assistance in any way regarding coding for timesheets, time administration, Job Data, purchasing, payments, chartfields or other assistance due to COVID-19, please log a Footprints ticket and we will do our best to address these issues.
