Agency HR and Payroll Specialists will be able to view the reports in their 'My Reports' queue. The reports (CTHRB356 for COLA's and CTHRB355 for AI's) detail the final mass processing that took place. Please note that a new exception has been created for those in the Employee Class TP, Trainee/Initial WTP complete who are not eligible for an AI. Such employees did not receive an AI, but their Next AI Date was advanced one year during final processing.

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding the COLA and AI process for employees in salary plans: CC, CL, CN, CO, CP, CT, EE, ES, ET, EU, FD, FE, FS, FT: Due to a processing error (which was corrected), the Exception Report for the Annual Increases effective 6/19/2020 under Process Instance 10705047 for employees in these pay plans shows the exception, "Future Row-Evaluate Comp Rate". For those in these effected salary plans, this exception is not correct and should be ignored. The Annual Increases were processed correctly with no exception. Due to the same processing error, employees in these same salary plans will also appear on the COLA Processed and Exception Reports effective 7/1/2020 under Process Instance 10705042 incorrectly. Employees in these effected pay plans under Process Instance 10705042 should be ignored. To view the correct final COLA processing that took place for employees in these plans, please refer to the Processed and Exception Reports under Process Instance 10705364. To access the reports, select Report Manager under the My Reports section of your home page and select the List tab. Change the 'Last' field to the number of Days since this report has been run (number of days from June 26, 2020). Click refresh (this will return the available report for that process). Click on the report link with the applicable Process Instance number provided above. Each link will have both a processed report (referenced with the number 2) and an exception report (referenced with the number 3). Both reports should be reviewed for accuracy.
